  • To carry on the business of manufacturing, importing, exporting, warehousing, distribution , marketing, tendering, procurement agents, supplies whether by wholesale or retail of various kinds of pharmaceutical products, raw materials, medical equipment and devices, sundries, neuraceuticals, herbal medicinal products, cosmeceuticals, cosmetics and
    other materials of whatever description both locally and international.
  • To carry on business through establishment of laboratories, hospitals and medical centers for provision of general and specialized medical and surgical services, research, training of health workers, ambulance services, laboratory and radiology services.
